Another week has past in a flash!

Yey!

So Friday yesterday was the first training for a week, a very nice one I might add. I held the grappling but since I haven´t excercised that much I made myself and the students pay:) Started with a high paced warmup after 25 min of capoeira/grappling motions we rolled for 35min straight.

Rami continued the next training (striking) with techniques for 25 min. The sparring started and we stopped 35 minutes later, happy and sweaty.

Today I really felt that I have rested for a whole week:) But damn, having a sore body is one of the finer feelings for the mind. I was supposed to go and train some cardio later in the day but ended up having my first ever kettlebell training at the gym:) Jim showed me all these different swings etc.

This training will ofc be added into Draags schedule.

Later on I did some focused stretching, need to be movable tomorrow when we´re going to a grappling seminar with one of the best grapplers in Sweden Martin Janson.

Hey!

The training last Friday was really nice, I started with some warm up for like 30min. After that Rami started the "striking" class. We did 8-10 rounds of boxing/takedowns(4-5min each round) sparring. Perfect ending to a crazy week.

I´ve been doing the thing (that I´m not gonna mention here on the blog) the whole weekend and then some. Haven´t trained for 3 days now, eaten a ton of garbage food/pastries/candy/chips(Patrik Hallmen style)gained 4kg since the weigh in. No worries though since I get to rest my body.

Stretching at the moment, doing some more ............
