Long time no see... update on the horizon but first some promotion:

Mr. Paragon Ricardo"Franjinha"Miller is coming to Sweden and he´ll also bring 2 of his blackbelts with him. These students are Tyrone Glover and Aurelio Gallegos Jr.

On the 18-19 and 26th of september we´ll host a seminar with these guys in Gothenburg Sweden, for more information, cost etc just hook me up here or on lillen75@hotmail.com
